Review by hotel critic
Wow, what a delightful stay at Moatside Gate in York! the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms, York City Walls, and Priory Church of the Holy Trinity. the apartment itself was top-notch, with a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking meals, a cozy living room with a dining area, and 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for added convenience. One of my favorite parts of the apartment was the terrace, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks while taking in the lovely surroundings. the free private parking was also a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased. the apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including heating, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. the attention to detail was superb, and the little touches like the tea/coffee maker and plush towels made us feel right at home. Overall, Moatside Gate was the perfect base for exploring York, and I can't wait to return for another visit. A truly unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in this historic city.
